Who we are
Terpene Republic is a trading name of Hubert Gourmet Pty Ltd (ABN 40 627 453 507), a Perth business that Cannanda lists on its own site as its wholesale distributor for Australia. The stock sits in our warehouse in O'Connor, Western Australia, and every parcel is packed and posted from there.
Cannanda and us
Cannanda is a Canadian company founded by Lee Know, a Canadian naturopath (ND), who created the first CB2 oil in 2016. Cannanda™ and CB2™ are its trade marks. When you buy from Terpene Republic your contract is with us, under Australian Consumer Law, and our returns policy applies.
Why a dedicated store
We started selling Cannanda alongside a gourmet-food range, and the two never sat comfortably together. A terpene wellness product deserves its own shelf, its own information and its own service. New Zealand comes later: register your interest and we will tell you the day it opens.
How we write about the products
Australia and New Zealand both draw a firm line: a food or supplement may not be advertised as treating or preventing anything. Plenty of sellers ignore that. We do not. Every page on this site tells you what a product is, what is in it, how it is made and how people use it — and stops there. If you want to know whether it is right for you, ask your practitioner.
Lab testing
CB2 Wellness and CB2 Cool: No THC, No CBD (they are made without hemp seed oil). The hemp seed oils and softgels have no added THC or CBD; they carry only the natural trace of both found in hemp seed. Ask us at info@terpenerepublic.com.au and we will send the lab results we have on file, and tell you which batch they cover.
Genuine product, always
Several "CB2" products sold in Australia and New Zealand are not Cannanda's. Everything here comes from Cannanda's own production in Canada and carries the Cannanda CB2 mark.
