Orders ship from O'Connor, Western Australia, by Australia Post with tracking. We usually post within 2 working days. Delivery after posting: Metro Perth 1–3 business days; other capitals 3–6; regional 4–8.

Shipping costs

Australia Post Standard is priced by parcel weight, from A$9.90 (one small bottle) up to A$26.00 for the heaviest parcels, and is free on orders of A$150 or more. You see the exact amount at checkout before you pay. Prices include GST.

New Zealand

We deliver within Australia for now. New Zealand follows: register your interest and we will tell you the day it opens.

Returns

Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply to every purchase and nothing here limits them. If a product arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us at info@terpenerepublic.com.au as soon as you can and we will replace it or refund you. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days on unopened, sealed products; the customer pays return postage.

How to return something

Email info@terpenerepublic.com.au first, with your order number and what you’d like to return (a photo helps if it arrived damaged). We reply with the return address and what happens next, usually within two business days. Please don’t post anything back before we reply.

Opened bottles

Hemp seed oil is shelf-stable sealed and should be refrigerated after opening. Opened bottles cannot be returned for change of mind.
