Your purchase is a contract with Hubert Gourmet Pty Ltd (ABN 40 627 453 507), trading as Terpene Republic, an independent business that sells Cannanda products. Cannanda™ and CB2™ are trade marks of their owner.

Products

Cannanda CB2 products are foods and aromatherapy products, not medicines, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Keep out of reach of children.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST for Australian orders. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of order applies.

Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ordering and payment

When you place an order you make an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm your order. Card payments are processed by Stripe and taken when you place the order. If we can’t supply an item (for example it has sold out, or a price was shown in error), we’ll tell you and refund what you paid for it in full.

Delivery

We deliver within Australia only. We usually post within 2 working days by Australia Post with tracking; delivery times and costs are on our shipping and returns page and shown at checkout before you pay. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll replace it or refund you.
